The track was a battlefield, the athletes its warriors, and every stride a clash of determination and willpower. At the PRISAA Regional Games 2025, held at Caraga State University – Cabadbaran Campus on November 29, the relay teams blazed across the track, leaving a trail of triumph and resilience in their wake. Their sweat became ink, writing stories of endurance, teamwork, and unyielding passion on the pages of sports history. Under the blazing sun, the Men’s 4x400M Relay Team stormed the track like a well-oiled machine, each runner passing the baton as if transferring a surge of electricity. With Christian Jay Evanoso, William Lumindas, Joseph Gerald Jaron, and Archie Lumacang fueling the flames of victory, they soared across the finish line, securing the Gold Medal and etching their names into the annals of athletic excellence. Every stride was a heartbeat, every exchange a promise of glory. Not to be outdone, the Women’s 4x100M Relay Team—a quartet of power and precision—flew across the track like shooting stars. Junalyn Luardo, Mary Chris Aripal, Bea Buendia, and Mechille Pelisco synchronized their speed and strength, claiming the Gold Medal with a performance that left the crowd breathless. The film won the Audience Choice Award, a true reflection of the overwhelming support from viewers who connected with its heartfelt story. Adding to the celebration, Arju Naranjo delivered a powerful and emotional performance as Along, earning him the title of Best Actor.A special mention goes to Sir Mark Hingco, whose incredible storytelling earned him a Best Story nomination, proving that PECIT’s creative talent is one to watch.
