ABSTRACT
This study investigated the relationship between managerial practices and employee
satisfaction. This study used a descriptive-correlation research design. The study
utilized a survey questionnaire to capture the respondents’ profiles, measure
organizational practices, and assess various facets of employee satisfaction.
Statistical tools such as frequency/percentage, mean, and Pearson-r were used to
analyze the data. This study reveals that the correlation between managerial practices
and employee satisfaction in drive-in hotels has significant relationships (P<0.05). The
findings suggested that effective planning, organizing, staffing, leading, and controlling
practices contributed to positive employee satisfaction in various dimensions, but the
impact may have varied across specific areas. The results highlighted the importance
of considering different managerial practices to enhance employee satisfaction in
drive-in hotels.
